The She Shuttle Bus came into being with the purpose to provide utmost safety and security to women techies working in and around IT hub of the city. Now it is expected to reach out to other IT hubs too. By the month of August it is expected that this unique service for the women employees will be introduced to Uppal, Adibatala and Pocharam.

There is an app called "Reach Safe" that has been designed and developed by the Votary Tech is used by the authorities to for real-time monitoring of these buses. The passive app can be downloaded by the women techies too to track the routes the buses are travelling. “The response has been very good. The number of buses has also been increased. There are about 1000 employees who are making use of this service. It is really now getting popular.”

“We use this service. It is really great. For me the jobs ends on 8 PM. Although my company provides the cab services for me yet it sometimes happens that i have to wait for that. And when i want to leave early, i take this service. I track the location of the buses too suing the app that i have installed in my mobile phone. This is really amazing. I am glad the government has taken this initiative,” so explained the one of the women working at an IT company.

Apart from this, there are She Teams doing their best. Their role is laudable. There about 25000 cabs which have already been registered with the Cyberabad police.
