These are the tombs which belong to the nobility of he Shums Ul Umrahi Family or not to confuse you, the reader here, with such a big name,  Paigah Family. These tombs are a fine example of the art and architecture of the Nizam's Kingdom. The style is excellently unique. Nothing can match, really. History has it that the these magnificent tombs were constructed in the eighteenth century, around 1787. They were constructed by Nawab Taig Jung Bahadur. In the 19th century, a few of the addtions were made by many other nobles such as Sir Asman Jah, Sir Vikar Ul Umra and Sir Khurshid Jah.

Something about the design of the Paigah Tombs

These tombs are known for their remarkable design. Yes, they were artfully adorned or decorated with or in stucco work. These tombs represent very typical style of art and architecture which is, in fact, a mixture of the Persian, Greek, Moghal, Rajasthani, Asaf Jahi or typically Deccani style of architecture. The visitors can see matchless geometrical designs which really are exemplary. These geometrical patterns are flawlessly perforated with the screens which reveals quality craftsmanship.
